Summary

The paper examines three types of small business on the example of Germany and the United States; As well as the permanent problems of small business and COVID-19 problems; In order to overcome the crisis caused by the pandemic, in some foreign countries and in Georgia, anti-crisis plans financed (already implemented) will be implemented. Comparisons have been made and the need to share the experience of foreign countries, the targeted distribution of expenditures to overcome the problems caused by the pandemic, as well as the support of small and medium-sized businesses has been expressed.
